Capping Pools.

The best fastest way to cap pools. Is to use weapon defense until they are capped. This way not are you defending against the majority of players in the game but you are also capping both stamina and chakra equally. Which is very useful indeed.

There is an exception to this however, if you are a weapons offense ninja then only train that. This way you can outdo the defenses of everyone else and have good damage before you start to work on your damage.
